CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 13, of the State Political Constitution, is

approves the disposal, free of charge, of a land owned by the Autonomous Government Municipal of San Ignacio de Moxos, located in the Loreto area of San Ignacio de Moxos, with a surface area of 10,000,00 square meters, whose colindances are: to the North with a municipal land, with a surface of 100 meters; to the South with the Avenue Bypass, with a surface of 100 meters; to the East with the property of the Mr. Jean Luis Vargas Rivero, with a surface of 100 meters; and to the West with a municipal land, with a surface of 100 meters; and inscribed in Real Rights, under the Computerized Registration Number 8.05.1.1.0000963; in favor of the University Autonomous del Beni? Jose Ballivian? and with exclusive destination for the construction of the Polytechnic University, as established in the Municipal Ordinance No. 005/2012 of 27 February 2012.

Article 2. The Autonomous University of Beni? José Ballivián?, it is forbidden to give another use other than the

defined in Article 1 of this Law, and it will not be able to transfer or give in borrowing and comodato, nor to give in any modality to third persons or institutions, a part or the

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the sixteen days of April of the

year two thousand thirteen.
