CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
ONLY CHAPTER
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Single Article.
I. The closure of the Investment Fund for Sport-FID, created by Law N ° 2770 of 7 July 2004, of the
Sport; of the Bolivian Institute of Sport, Physical Education and Recreation-BOLIVIA SPORTS, created by the Annex of Supreme Decree No. 27779 of 8 October 2004, Regulation No 2770; and of the National High Performance Center Sports-CENARD, created by Supreme Decree No 0693 of 11 November 2010, raised to the rank of Law N ° 248 of 15 June 2012; within the period of up to ninety (90) working days from the publication of this Law.
II. The Ministry of Health and Sports shall assume the powers and functions of the institutions mentioned in this Law.

TRANSIENT DISPOSITION
ONLY. The aspects referred to in this Law and the closure of the entities mentioned in paragraph I of the Article
Only of this Law, shall be established by the Executive Body. by Supreme Decree, within a maximum of sixty (60) business days from the publication of this Law.
FINAL PROVISIONS
. Budget balances with funding body 111 resources? General Treasury of the Nation?, product of the closure of the FID, of the Bolivian Institute of Sport, Physical Education and Recreation-BOLIVIA SPORTS, and of CENARD, will be transferred in its entirety to the Ministry of Health and Sports.
SECOND. The different sources of financing from the General Treasury of the Nation-TGN, which received the
institutions mentioned in paragraph I of the Single Article of this Law, will be transferred to the Ministry of Health and Sports.
ABROGATORY AND REPEAL PROVISIONS
PROVISIONS ABROGATLágál. The following provisions are opened:
Law No 248 of 15 June 2012.
Supreme Decree No 0693 of 11 November 2010.
REPEAL provisions. The following provisions are repealed:
Article 26 of Law No. 2770 of July 7, 2004, of Sport.
Articles 7, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 30, 31, 32, 63, 91, 92, 93, 94, 118, 123, 124, 125, 126, 127 and 135 of the Annex to Supreme Decree No 27779 of 8 October 2004, Regulation No 2770.
Annex II and V to Supreme Decree No 27779 of 8 October 2004.
Articles 5, 9, 10, 11, 19, 24, 29, 30 and 31 of Supreme Decree No 28048 of 22 March 2005.
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

year two thousand thirteen.
