CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 10, of the State Political Constitution, is

approves the Loan Contract No. 2828 /BL-BO, subscribed to by the State Plurinational of Bolivia and the Inter-American Development Bank-IDB, dated February 27, 2013, for an amount of up to US$ 40,000,000.-(FORTY MILLION US DOLLARS), destined to finance the Program? Support for Community-Productive Secondary Education?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation, is authorized to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are contracted in the execution of the aforementioned loan agreement approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-nine days of the month April

year two thousand thirteen.
