CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. (OBJECT). This Law is intended to approve the modification to the Contract of Operation for the

Ipati Area, signed on October 27, 2006 and approved by Law No. 3650 of 23 April 2007.

Article 2. (modification). The to the Operation Contract for the Ipati Area is approved, consistent

in the transfer of twenty-five percent (25%) of the participation of TOTAL E&P BOLIVIE (Branch Bolivia) in the rights and obligations of the Contract, in favor of GP EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION S.L. (Branch Bolivia), carried out by means of a Cession Contract dated August 31, 2012, signed between OILFIELDS BOLIVIAN PROSECUTORS, TOTAL E&P BOLIVIE (Branch Bolivia), Tecpetrol of Bolivia S.A. and GP EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION S.L. (Branch Bolivia).

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, thirty days of the month of April of the year

two thousand thirteen.
