Law No. 376 law of 13 of may of 2013 EVO MORALES AYMA President constitutional of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the Assembly Legislative PLURINATIONAL, D E C R E T A: Act of recognition pecuniary to former Presidents and EX-VICEPRESIDENTES constitutional article 1. (OBJECT). This law aims to give a pecuniary recognition to citizens who exercised the Presidency and constitutional Vice President of the State.
Article 2. (BENEFICIARIES).
I are beneficiaries-ex-presidents and ex-Vicepresidentes constitutional State, in an amount equivalent to ten (10) minimum wage national monthly amount that will be paid by the General Treasury of the nation - TGN.
II. the beneficiary shall receive's lifetime the granted benefit.
Article 3. (REQUEST). To access the benefit, beneficiaries must submit a request addressed to the Minister or the Minister of economy and finance, accompanying certificate issued by the Ministry of the Presidency or the Secretary General the Office of the Vice-President, as appropriate, that certify the time of the exercise of its constitutional mandate.
Article 4. (PROCESSING AND RESOLUTION). The Ministry of economy and public finances, within fifteen (15) days, issued Ministerial resolution providing payment of the recognition pecuniary if applicable.
Article 5. (INCOMPATIBILITY OR SUSPENSION OF THE BENEFIT). The benefit will be in effect while the beneficiary not perceived State compensation.
Article 6. (ACQUIRED RIGHTS).
I respect similar rights acquired prior to this law, under previous regulations.
II. the pecuniary amount you currently perceive the citizens who exercised the Presidency and constitutional Vice President under the previous regulations implementation, will be adjusted to the amount defined in article 2 of this law.
Article 7. (FINANCING). This law will be financed with funds from the General Treasury of the nation - TGN.
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS FIRST. Provides a reset to the equivalent of seven (7) minimum wage nacionalesmensualmente, in favour of women miners who took action in defence of democracy in our country and who receive the benefit under the resolution camera of the Senate No. 024/02-03 dated 10 October 2002. The benefit with this increase must be paid of for life, starting from the first month following the date of enactment of this Act.
THE SECOND. The Ministry of economy and finance, is authorized to make the necessary budgetary modifications for compliance with the present law.
