CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 10, of the State Political Constitution, is

approves the Financing Convention 5168-BO, signed between the State Plurinational of Bolivia and the International Development Association-IDA of the World Bank, on 21 March 2013, for the sum of up to DEGs16,000,000.-(SIXTEEN MILLION 00/100 SPECIAL DRAWING RIGHTS), equivalent to $us24,000,000.- (TWENTY-FOUR MILLION US DOLLARS), allocated to the additional funding for him? Urban Infrastructure Project?

II. The Autonomous Municipal Government of La Paz and the Autonomous Municipal Government of El Alto, will assume

correspondingly, the repayment of the obligations that are contracted in the implementation of the Convention of Financing 5168-BO.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
