CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ONLY ARTICLE. In accordance with Article 158, paragraph I numeral 14, of the Political Constitution of the

State, is it ratified? Agreement on the functioning of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum?, and the? Status of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum? GECF?, both signed in the city of Moscow, Russian Federation, on December 23, 2008.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-one day of May of the

year two thousand thirteen.
