CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
ARTICLE 1. Is the reforestation for the conservation of the National Park and Natural Area of
declared a priority? Serrania del Inao?, from the Department of Chuquisaca.
ARTICLE 2. In the framework of the National Policy? Recovery and Conservation of Forests?, will be promoted
the reforestation and priority use of native species, according to the characteristics of the area and according to the existing biodiversity within the National Park and Natural Area of Integrated Handling? Serrania del Inao?, from the Department of Chuquisaca.
ARTICLE 3. For the purposes of this Law, it is recommended:
To the Autonomous Government of Chuquisaca, in coordination with the Autonomous Municipal Governments that have territorial jurisdiction over the area of the National Park and Area Natural of Integrated Management? Serrania del Inao?, to elaborate studies, plans, programs and projects for the recovery and conservation of the aforementioned National Park.
In this framework, the Autonomous Government of Chuquisaca and the Autonomous Governments Municipal of the territorial district of the National Park and Natural Area of Integrated Management? Serrania del Inao?, can you budget resources for this purpose, incorporating them into the Annual Operational Program Reformulated? 2013.
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
