Law No. 384 law of 19 of June of 2013 EVO MORALES AYMA President constitutional of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the Assembly Legislative PLURINATIONAL, D E C R E T A: article 1. It abrogates the law 2384 of 22 May 2002, authorizing the Executive Branch, through the national service of State Heritage-SENAPE and Corporación Minera de Bolivia-COMIBOL, transfer free of charge in favour of the Commonwealth of municipalities of Llallagua and Uncía Chayanta of Bustillo province in the Department of Potosi, real estate, goods production furniture, machinery, maintenance, carpentry and Catavi foundry, in its entirety.
ARTICLE 2. The Corporación Minera de Bolivia-COMIBOL in the framework of the new mining policy and according to the law No. 3720 on July 31, 2007, directly involved in the productive chain, which retrieves the ownership of productive property, with all its facilities and related services, casting Catavi, Maestranza Catavi and carpentry Catavi, to direct control of the COMIBOL, to be destined to meet productive activities in the region and generate new sources of work.
ARTICLE 3. All provisions contrary to this law are repealed and repealed.
