CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ONLY ARTICLE. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 14, of the Political Constitution of the

State, is it ratified? Agreement for the Constitution of the Economic Area of the ALBA-TCP (ECOALBA-TCP), signed in the city of Caracas, on February 4, 2012.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, five days of the month of June of the year

two thousand thirteen.
