CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has sanctioned The following Law:

PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. The execution of the Caminero Projects:? Santa Barbara -Caranavi? Sapecho? Quiquibey?,? Sucre? Ravelo?, and? Llallagua? Ravelo?, initially financed under the Loan Agreement signed with the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, approved by Law No. 4018 of 9 April 2009, will be financed with resources of the General Treasury of the Nation? TGN. II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation, is authorized to finance the balances for the implementation of the Caminero Projects:? Santa Barbara? Caranavi? Sapecho? Quiquibey?,? Sucre? Ravelo?, and the stretch? Llallagua? Chacapuco? of the road Llallagua? Ravelo, in charge of the Bolivian Highway Administrator? ABC, in the amount of up to Bs.1.732.535.104.-(One Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty and Two Million Quinientos Thirty-Five Thousand Hundred Four 00/100 Bolivians). III. From the resources mentioned in Paragraph II:

a) The Executive Body is authorized, through the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance and the ABC, to reconcile and consolidate the resources transferred from the Rotary Project Fund. Vials of Investment, created by Supreme Decree No. 1036 of 9 November 2011, for the execution of the aforementioned road projects.

b) The balance resulting from the reconciliation referred to in the previous paragraph, shall be financed preferably with the issuance of securities in foreign capital markets or in their case with Treasury General Resources.

IV. The corresponding instances of the Executive Body are authorised, in accordance with their powers, to carry out the allocations, budgetary modifications and adjustments necessary for the compliance with this Law. ADDITIONAL DISPOSITION

ONLY. The Ministry of Development Planning, shall manage the amendment to the Loan Agreement between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, dated 4 August 2008, in the framework of the Agreement signed in Riberalta on July 18, 2008; in order to modify the use and destination of the credit resources or to reduce the amount committed. Refer to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes. It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, five days of the month of July of the year two thousand thirteen. Fdo.
