CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, it has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ONLY ARTICLE. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 13, of the Political Constitution of the

State, the disposal, free of charge, of a land with a surface of 21,677,12 square meters (m2) of property of the Ministry, is approved Defense, located in the so-called? Hacienda Collpani? District 6, of the city of El Alto of the Department of La Paz, registered in Royal Rights under the Royal Folio with Matriculation No. 2.01.4,01.0174121, whose colindances are: to the north, with the Avenue John Paul II; to the south, with a property of the Ministry In the east, with a property of the Ministry of Defense, and to the west, with the property of the Frigoría Reyes; in favor of the Autonomous Municipal Government of El Alto and destined for the construction of the Olympic Polideportive of the city of El Alto.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber From Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, to the fourteen days of August of the

year two thousand thirteen.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the Law of the State Plurinational of Bolivia.
