CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1. Declare Cultural, Historical and Architectural Heritage of the Bolivian people, to the temple? Lord of the
Exaltation? of the population of Ocoobaya, Municipality of Chulumani, capital of the Sud Yungas Province of the Department of La Paz.
Article 2. The Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, the Autonomous Departmental Government of La Paz, and the Government
Municipal de Chulumani, within the framework of their competencies, will implement public policies for the protection, preservation, promotion and Spread of the temple? Lord of Exaltation?
Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-eight days of the month of August
