CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. State Cultural, Historical and Architectural Heritage of the Bolivian people, to the occupied building

by the Educational Unit National College? San Simon de Ayacucho?, located on Yanacocha street, corner Indaburo of La Paz city.

Article 2. The Executive Body through the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, the Autonomous Government

Departmental de La Paz and the Autonomous Municipal Government of La Paz, within the framework of their competencies, will implement public policies for the protection, conservation, recovery, custody and promotion of the building of the National College Educational Unit? San Simon de Ayacucho?, located on Yanacocha street in La Paz city.

Remitase the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Sessions Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-eight days of August

of the year two thousand thirteen.
