THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article. (AUTHORIZATION FOR SUBSCRIPTION OF CONTRACT OF PETROLEUM SERVICES).
In accordance with Article 362, Paragraph II of the Constitution of the State, Yacimientos Petrolíferos Fiscales Bolivianos-YPFB is authorized to sign the oil services contract for exploration and exploitation of reserved areas in favor of YPFB, corresponding to the San Miguel Area, located in the Department of Cochabamba, with the company YPFB CHACO S.A.
Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
