CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. It is declared a national priority, the construction of a new Prison Center in the Department

of Cochabamba.

Article 2. In accordance with Articles 272, 277 and 283 of the Constitution of the State,

are responsible for the implementation of this Law, under the principle of coordination, the Ministry of Government, the Autonomous Government Departmental of Cochabamba and the Municipal Autonomous Governments of the Department of Cochabamba.

Remitase the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, to the twelve days of the month of September

year two thousand thirteen.
