CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1. It is declared cultural, historical and archaeological heritage of the Bolivian people, to the cave paintings of
Rumi Plaza, located in the Huari Pucara community of the Tiquipaya Municipality of the Department of Cochabamba.
Article 2. The Executive Body through the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, the Autonomous Government
Department of Cochabamba and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Tiquipaya, according to its competences, will implement public projects and policies for research, restoration, preservation, protection, promotion and dissemination of Rumi Plaza's rock engravings, for educational, historical and tourist purposes.
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
In the Chamber of Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twelve September of the
year two thousand thirteen days.
