CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Declare Cultural Heritage Material of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, to the monument? The Christ

Redeemer?, located in the Department of Santa Cruz, which symbolizes peace, unity, solidarity and hospitality.

Article 2. The Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, is responsible for the registration, cataloging and issuance of the

certificate of Cultural Heritage Material of? The Christ the Redeemer?.

Article 3. The Executive Body of the central level of the State, in coordination with the Territorial Entities

Autonomy, will prioritize the protection, conservation and promotion of? The Christ the Redeemer?.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the nineteenth day of the month of

September of the year two thousand thirteen
