CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 13, of the Constitution of the State,

the disposal, free of charge, of a fraction of land of 1,000,00 square meters, of the property of the Government of the Government Autonomous Municipal of Cabezas, whose total area is 25,377,133 square meters, registered as lot N ° 7 and located in the town of Cabezas, Third Municipal Section of the Cordillera Province of the Department of Santa Cruz, Zone? A?, U.V. 02, apple N ° 10, registered in Royal Rights under the Royal Folio with Matriculation No. 7.7.3.01.0000512, whose colindances are: to the North, with Abapo Avenue; to the South, with the street Rio Seco; to the East, with the street Serafin Rodriguez; and to the West, with the street Cupichi; in favor of the Council of the Magistrature, destined to the construction of the Judicial House, as established in the Municipal Ordinance N ° 011/2013 of 25 June 2013.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

September of the year two thousand thirteen.
