CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 10, of the Constitution of the State, is

approves the loan agreement signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation, in Date 8 August 2013, for the sum of up to US$ 76,700,000.-(SEVENTY-SIX MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THOUSAND 00/100 US DOLLARS), for the partial financing of the? Project Carretera Padilla-El Salto?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation, is authorized to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the aforementioned loan agreement approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the nine days of September

of the year two thousand thirteen.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
