CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article.
I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 10, of the Constitution of the State, is
approves the Contract of Loan No. 2908 /BL-BO signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Inter-American Bank Development? IDB, dated August 14, 2013, for the sum of up to $us47,000,000.-(Forty-Seven Million 00/100 American Dollars), destined for financing of the? La Ceja's Multiphase Urban Reorder Program, Phase I?.
II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation, is authorized to assume repayment
of the debt for 92% equivalent to $us43,450,000.-(Forty-three Million Four-hundred Fifty Thousand 00/100 U.s. Dollars).
III. The local contribution established in the Loan Contract No. 2908 /BL-BO, will be in charge of the Autonomous Government
Municipal of El Alto, as well as the repayment of the debt by the 8% equivalent to $us.3,550,000.-(Three Million Five Hundred Fifty Thousand 00/100 U.s. Dollars).
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

year two thousand thirteen.
