CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. According to Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 10, of the Constitution of the State, is

approved of the Loan Contract, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation? CAF, dated August 8, 2013, for the sum of up to $us.35,000,000.-(Thirty-Five Million US Dollars), destined for the partial financing of the? Rural Infrastructure Program for Santa Cruz in Bolivia?.

II. The Autonomous Government of Santa Cruz, will take over the local counterpart and will assume the repayment of the

debt contracted under the Loan approved by this Law.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the seventeen days of October

of the year two thousand thirteen.

Therefore, it is enacted to be and comply with the law of the State. Plurinational Bolivia.
