CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article.
I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 10, of the Constitution of the State, the Contract of Loan and Execution of the Program, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Kreditanstalt, is approved für Wiedereaufbau? KFW, Frankfurt am Main, dated September 5, 2013, for an amount of up to Euros15,000,000.-(Fifteen Million 00/100 Euros), intended to finance the Drinking Water and Sewerage Program in Periurban Areas? 2009 65 582.
II. The Autonomous Municipal Government of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, will take over the local counterpart and will assume the repayment of the debt contracted under the Loan and Implementation Contract of the Program, approved by this Law.
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
Is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the seventeen days of October of the year two thousand thirteen.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
