CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. The deadline for the execution of the process of sanitation of the agrarian property is extended by four (4)

years, which will govern once the validity of Law No 3501 of 19 October 2006.

ADDITIONAL DISPOSITION

UNICA. The consolidation processes that at the conclusion of the deadline set forth in this Act, remain in progress

or are the subject of nullity, shall be processed until their conclusion by the Instituto Nacional de Reforma Agraria? INRA, in the framework of the current regulations.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the seventeen days of October

of year two mil thirteen.
