For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
AMENDMENT OF THE PENSION LAW
CHAPTER ONLY
Article 1. (OBJECT). This Law is intended to amend the minimum and maximum Solidarity Limits of
the Scale of the Old Age Solidarity Pension, as laid down in Articles 17 and 131 of Law No 065 of 10 December 2010, Law of Pensions.
Article 2. (MODIFY). 17 and 131 of Law No 065 of 10 December 2010,
Pensions Act, with the following wording:

? Article 131. (SOLIDARITY LIMITS). The Solidarity Limits are the maximum reference amounts and
minimums used for determining the amount of the Old Age Solidarity Pension, which will be paid to the Sectors of the Metallurgical Mining Sector's productive area Based on its Amounts Density, detailed below:

The Executive Body may update every five (5) years, the amounts corresponding to the Limits
Solidaries set forth in this Act.?
Article 3. (REACH). The amendments to this Law shall apply from their publication, both to the
new pension applications and to those in the course of acquisition. For those in-flight pensions, their application will be subject to the deadline and procedure to be determined by Regulation.
TRANSIENT DISPOSITION
ONLY. The Pension and Insurance Control and Control Authority must regulate this Law
by determining the time and procedure.
Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-two days of October of the year two thousand thirteen.
