D E C R E T A:

ONLY ARTICLE. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, Numeral 13, of the Political Constitution of the

State, the disposal of the lot of land No. 3, with a surface area of 300,00 square meters, is approved Total of 5,516.75 square meters, located in the area of Rincon-La Portada of the city of La Paz, owned by the Autonomous Municipal Government of La Paz, registered in the registry of Real Rights under the Computerized Registration of Folio Real Nº 2.01.0.99.0110689; whose colindances are: to the North, with the street Bella Vista; to the South, with the United Nations-Ballivián; to the East, with lot No. 2 of ownership of Mr. Hilarion Suxo; and to the West, with a residual area and with the United Nations Avenue-Ballivian; in favor of Catalina Ayala Calderón Viuda de Alcon, Fidel Alejandro Alcon Ayala, Susana Natividad Alcon de Plata, Teresa Alcon Ayala and Edgar Porfirio Alcon Ayala (heirs ab-internecato de Fernando Alcon Quisbert), as set out in the Municipal Ordinance No. 067/2011 of 21 November 2011, in compensation of the Expropriation carried out by means of Municipal Ordinance No 75/92 HAM-HCM 87/92 of 4 December 1992.

Remit to the Executive Body, for Constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-three days of October

of two thousand thirteen years.
