CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. A Natural, Cultural and Historical Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia is declared to the

? Forest of Algarrobos? of the community of Tiattacked, located in the municipality of Arbieto of the province Esteban Arce of the department of Cochabamba.

ARTICLE 2. Is the conservation of the? Forest of Algarrobos? The Tiattacked community,

for being native, historic and considered a reservoir of biodiversity, avoiding soil erosion and contributing to climate change mitigation.

ARTICLE 3. The Executive Body of the central level of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, in coordination with the

Autonomous Government of Cochabamba and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Arbieto, within the framework of its competences, will implement public policies for the protection, conservation and management of the? Forest of Algarrobos? the Tiattacked community, in order to promote its tourism, medical and cultural development.

Remit to the Executive Body, for Constitutional purposes.
