CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.-

I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 10, of the Constitution of the State, is

approves the Contract of Loan No. 2880 /BL-BO signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Inter-American Bank Development? IDB, dated August 14, 2013, for the sum of up to $us.20,000,000.-(Twenty Million 00/100 American Dollars), destined for financing of the? Program for the implementation of the Integral Management of Solid Waste in Bolivia?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation? TGN, assume the

repayable in thirty-three point four percent (33.4%) of the obligations contracted in the execution of the said Contract of Loan approved by this Law.

Remitase to the Executive Body for purposes

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the thirty days of October of the

year two thousand thirteen.
