CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. It is declared as a national priority, the protection of areas of Cacao Silvestre and the promotion to the

production of agroforestry crops of Cacao, in order to promote production, industrialization and marketing of cocoa, to ensure the sovereignty and food security framed in the national policies of Living Well.

ARTICLE 2. The Executive Body, in coordination with the Autonomous Territorial Entities involved,

will develop policies, plans, and programs of use and sustainable and integral development of cocoa, precautionary conservation and protection of the genotype, recovery of affected wild areas, contributing to the revaluation of ancestral and local knowledge, as well as the designation of origin of the

Remitase to the Executive Body, for Constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the fourteenth day of November

of two thousand thirteen years.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the Law of the State Plurinational of Bolivia.
