Law No. 438 law of 18 November 2013 EVO MORALES AYMA President constitutional of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the Assembly Legislative PLURINATIONAL, D E C R E T A: article 1. It is declared national priority, the protection of areas of cocoa wild and the promotion of agroforestry crop of cocoa production, in order to promote the production, processing and marketing of cocoa, to ensure the sovereignty and food security framed in national policies of living well.
ARTICLE 2. The Executive Branch, in coordination with the autonomous territorial entities involved, develop policies, plans and programs of exploitation and sustainable and integral development of the cocoa, preserving the conservation and protection of the genotype, recovery of wild areas, contributing to the revaluation of ancestral and local knowledge, as well as the designation of origin of the wild cocoa.

It is given in the room of sessions the Assembly Legislative plurinational, fourteen days after the month of November of two thousand thirteen years.
