CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has Sanctioned the following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I Numeral 10, of the Constitution of the State, the Loan Agreement No. 1527P, signed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the OPEC Fund for Development, is approved. International OFID, in the amount of up to $us20,000,000.-(Twenty Million 00/100 American Dollars), destined for the partial financing of the? Project Construction of the Double Via Route F-04 between Sacaba? Chinata and Quillacollo? Suticollo?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized through the General Treasury of the Nation? TGN, assume the repayment of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the said Loan Agreement approved by this Law.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of The Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at eleven days of the month of November of the year two thousand thirteen.

Therefore, it is enacted to have and comply with the Law of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.
