CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. It is declared Cultural and Historical Heritage of the Bolivian People, to the Marian Sanctuary of the Tower of the

Chochis community, located in the Municipality of Robore of the Chiquitos Province of the Department of Santa Cruz.

Article 2. The Executive Body through the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, the Autonomous Government

Departmental de Santa Cruz and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Robore, according to their competencies and institutional coordination, will implement public policies and projects for preservation, restoration and promotion of Marian Shrine of the Chochis Community Tower.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the thirteen days of the month of November of the

year two thousand thirteen.

Therefore, it is enacted so that it has and will comply with the law of the State Plurinational of Bolivia.
