CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1. (REGISTRATION).
I. Pursuant to Article 339, Paragraph II, of the Constitution of the State, the definitive inscription is available
by the Office of Royal Rights of the City of La Paz, in the name of the Ministry of Education, of the lot of land of 1,154,52 square meters of surface, whose technical characteristics are indicated below:

II. The Catastro Unit, which is a subsidiary of the Regional Administration and Territorial Administration Directorate
Municipal of La Paz, must issue a Certificate of Registration Provisional cadastral, valid only for the registration provided for in Paragraph I of this Article.
III. The administrative expenses that will require the registration in Royal and other rights, shall be borne by the Ministry of Education.
Article 2. (PERMUTA).
I. Consolidated the proprietary right provided for in Article 1 of this Law, pursuant to Article 158,
Paragraph 13, of the Constitution of the State, the disposal is approved, as permuta, from the property mentioned in the article preceding the property of the National Health Fund (CNS) located in Calle Colón N ° 517 of the city of La Paz, with an area of 485.72 square meters and registered in Royal Rights under Matriculation No. 2.01.0.99.0166005.
II. Exceptionally, the approved swap must be perfected by the public entities involved in the state in which the real estate is located, without any prior approval or compensation for any difference in value.
III. The expenses of the swap will be in charge of the contracting public entities by equal parts.
Article 3. (TRANSFER).
I. Perfecting the disposal in quality of permuse as set out in Article 2 of this Law, pursuant to
Article 158, Paragraph 1, paragraph 13, of the Political Constitution of the State, the disposal is approved, for consideration, of the property of the Ministry of Education, located in Calle Colón N ° 517 of the city of La Paz, with an area of 485.72 square meters and recorded in Royal Rights under the Matriculation No. 2.01.0.99.0166005, in favor of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly and for the construction of its new buildings.
II. The National Heritage Service of the State-SENAPE, through its relevant distribution, will have to determine the
base price of the disposal and the acquiring entity will cancel the entity in the end of the determined base price.
III. The Maximum Executive Authority of the Chamber of Deputies is entrusted with the procedures and the
corresponding administrative expenses for the transfer of the property.
IV. The destination of the total amount received by the disposal, will be determined by the enajenante entity through the express Ministerial Resolution.
OPENING DISPOSITION
ONLY. Law No. 215 of December 28, 2011, and Supreme Resolution No. 97650 of August 12 of
1960.
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the fourteenth day of November
of the year two thousand thirteen.
