CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

DECRETA:

ONLY ARTICLE Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I, Numeral 13 of the

Constitution State policy, the transfer, free of charge, of a land owned by the Autonomous Municipal Government of Oruro, registered in Royal Rights under registration No. 4.01.01.0016028, with a total area of 33.932.89 m², located in the Southeast zone of the District Nº 4, whose colindances are: to the North with Calle Murguía, to the south with Calle San Felipe, to the east with the street Peralta Soruco, and to the west with the avenue Antofagasta, in favor of the Autonomous Departmental Government of Oruro, with exclusive destination to the construction and equipment of a hospital Third level, in accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Ordinance No 020 of 17 July 2013.

Remit to the Executive Body, for Constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-five days of the month of

November of two thousand thirteen years.

Therefore, it is enacted so that it has and complies with the law of the State Plurinational of Bolivia.
