CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single article.
I. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized, in its capacity as a trustee of the trust of the Fund of
Strengthening of Companies-FFE, constituted by Decree Supreme Nº 27385 of 20 February 2004, instruct the Banco de Desarrollo Productivo S.A.M. -BDP S.A.M. -Banco de Segundo Piso, in order to act as trustee of said trust to deliver and transfer, free of charge, to the Ministry of Productive Development and Plural Economy, all the actions and rights of the trust on the good Building consisting of a lot of land plus its buildings and industrial facilities, comprising all its uses, services, customs, easements and improvements, without limitation or exclusion, located on the road El Alto-Viacha Km 2, apple tree No. 297-? D? of the area of Villa Dolores sector Villa Bolivar? F?, District M. 3 of the city of El Alto, with a surface area of 10,778.52 square meters, registered in the office of Real Rights of the city of El Alto under the Computerized Tuition No. 2.01.4.01.0145411, and on the machinery, equipment and spare parts that were delivered to you in payment by the commercial company called Texturizadora Boliviana S.A. (Texturbol) in favor of the FFE Trust.
II. The Central Bank of Bolivia is exceptionally authorized to transfer, for free, to the Ministry of Development
Productive and Plural Economy, all the shares and rights it holds on the property and property The measures provided for in the preceding paragraph, which were submitted in favour of the State financial institution in payment by the commercial company called the Bolivian Texturizer S.A. (Texturbol).
ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
FIRST. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized to extinguish the trust of the Fund of
Strengthening of Companies? FFE, which was constituted by Supreme Decree No. 27385 of 20 February 2004.

I. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance is authorized to cover with resources of the General Treasury of the Nation-TGN,
all outstanding and emerging obligations of the extinction of the Trust Fund Strengthening of Companies-FFE.
II. The Ministry of Productive Development and Plural Economy is authorized to cover all obligations related to the
transfer of the immovable property and movable property provided by this Law, from your budget.
THIRD. The Ministries of Economy and Public Finance, and Productive Development and
Plural Economy, the Central Bank of Bolivia, and the Productive Development Bank S.A.M. are authorized. -BDP S.A.M. -Banco de Segundo Piso, as trustee of the trust of the Fund for the Strengthening of Enterprises? FFE, to make the subscription and the adequacy of the documents that correspond to the purpose of complying with this Law.
Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
