LAW OF DECEMBER 19, 2013

PRESIDENT IN EXERCISE OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 13, of the Constitution of the State,

the disposal, free of charge, of a land owned by the Autonomous Government of Riberalta, located in the manzano, is approved. N ° 63, lot N ° 1, 2, 3 and 4, zone? E? Villa France, District No. 5 of the Municipality of Riberalta, Vaca Diez Province of the Department of Beni, with a surface area of 10,000.00 square meters, and registered in the offices of Royal Rights of Riberalta under the Matricula Computer-based N ° 8.02.01.0009523, whose colindances are: to the North, with the Avenue Verdolago; to the South, with the Avenida Palo Maria; to the East, with the African Avenue; and to the West, with the Avenue Sumuque; in favor of the Ministry of Government and with destiny exclusive to the construction of the Public Carcelette of Riberalta, as established In the Municipal Ordinance No. 78 /2012-2013 of 21 May 2013 of the H. City Council of Riberalta.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
