CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. It rises to the rank of Law, the Supreme Decree No. 21562 of April 3, 1987, which declares headquarters

social of the National Festival of the Pope to the town of Betanzos, capital of the Province Cornelio Saavedra of the Department of Potosi; festival which is carried out annually from 4 April 1987.

ARTICLE 2. The Executive Body through the Ministry of Productive Development and Plural Economy, and the

Ministry of Rural Development and Lands, in coordination with the Autonomous Departmental Government of Potosi and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Betanzos, will promote the National Festival of the Pope and strengthen the promotion of the production, industrialization, consumption and export of the Pope.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twentieth day of December of

two thousand thirteen years.
