CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ONLY ARTICLE. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, number 13, of the Political Constitution of the

State, the transfer, free of charge, of a lot of land owned by the Autonomous Government of Yapacani, located in the apple P.U., lot N ° 2, zone N.E., neighborhood board? 12 of October? of the Municipality of Yapacani, Third Section of the Province Ichilo of the Department of the Holy Cross, with an area of 4,472,00 square meters, and registered in the offices of Royal Rights of Montero under the Computerized Registration No. 7.04.3.01.0001059, whose colindances are: to the North, with Santa Cruz Avenue with 51 linear meters; to the South, with the green area Arroyo Hondo with 55 linear meters; to the East, with the Church Mary Auxiliary with 90 linear meters; and to the West, with the Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno with 82 linear meters; in favor of the Autonomous University Gabriel René Moreno and with exclusive destination for the construction of the boarding school and dining room, as established in the Municipal Ordinance No. 039/2013 of 3 July 2013 of the Municipal Council of Yapacani.

Remitase to the Authority Executive, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-one day of December

of two thousand thirteen years.
