CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ONLY ARTICLE. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 13, of the Political Constitution of the

State, the transfer, free of charge, of a land with an area of 3,477,33 square meters, of a total of 7,003,87 meters, is approved squares, owned by the Autonomous Municipal Government of Yapacani, located in block No. 113-B, lot N ° 2-A, zone N.E. neighborhood meeting? 12 October? of the Municipality of Yapacani, Province Ichilo of the Department of Santa Cruz, registered in the offices of the Royal Rights of Montero under the Computerized Tuition No. 7.04.3.01.0005000, whose colindances are: to the North, with the Avenue Santa Cruz; to the South, with the Arroyo Hondo green area; to the East, with the Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno; and to the West, with Tajibo Street; in favor of the Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno and with exclusive destination to the construction of the Polifunctional Coliseum for the Integral Faculty of Ichilo, as established in the Municipal Ordinance No. 51 /2012-2013 of July 24, 2013 of the Yapacani Municipal Council.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
