CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ONLY ARTICLE. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph 1, number 13, of the Political Constitution of the

State, the transfer, free of charge, of a lot of land with a surface area of 2,000,64 square meters, of property of the Municipal Autonomous Government of Llallagua, Province of Rafael Bustillo of the Department of Potosi, registered in the office of Royal Rights under the Royal Folio with Matriculation No. 5.02.3.01.0002691, whose colindances are: to the North, with the street Spain; to the South, with Libertadores Street; to the East, with Avenue America; and to the West, with the avenue of the Student; in favor of the Supreme Court of Justice, with exclusive destiny to the construction of offices for the courts that will conform part of the Departmental Court of Justice of Potosi; according to the established in the Municipal Ordinance No. 103/2012 of December 11, 2012 of the H. City Council of Llallagua.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the twenty-one day of the month of December

of two thousand thirteen years.
