CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, has sanctioned the following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. Plurinational Priority is declared the cultural management of the historic and real estate occupied by the Autonomous Departmental Government of Potosi, located in the Plaza de Armas 10 of November of the city of Potosí.

ARTICLE 2. The central level of the State through the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, in coordination with the

Autonomous Government of Potosi and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Potosi, within the framework of its competences, will be in charge of the strengthening, promoting and disseminating at national and international level the architectural heritage of the Casa Departmental de Potosí, for use by tourism for the benefit of the department and the municipality, through a plan of handling.

Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, eight days in the month of January two thousand and fourteen years.
