CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. National Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia is declared to the representative culinary

of the department of Potosi, consisting of the K? alapurka, the Aji of Achacana, the Sopa of Llulluch? a, the Misk? i Lawa, the Salta Potosina and the Chicheños tamales.

ARTICLE 2. National Heritage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia is declared to the traditional dulceria

representative of the department of Potosi, consisting of the canelons or rosettes and the bizcochuelos of the region of Betanzos, the Chambergos, the Tawa Tawas, the Sopepillas, the Confittes, the Tosinillos and the Th? ayas of the city of Potosí.

ARTICLE 3. The central level of the State through the Ministry of Cultures and Tourism, in coordination with the

Autonomous Government of Potosí and the autonomous municipal governments of Potosi, within the framework of their competences, must proceed to the investigation and registration as to the entire technological process of their production, uses and customs, as well as the promotion and dissemination at national and international level, through a management plan.
