Law No. 485 law of 25 January 2014 EVO MORALES AYMA President constitutional of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the Assembly Legislative PLURINATIONAL, D E C R E T A: article 1. ARTICLE 2. He is declared national patrimony of the plurinational State of Bolivia to the traditional sweet representative of the Department of Potosi, consisting of cannelloni or rosquetes and the cakes in the region of Betanzos, the Chambergos, the Tawa Tawas, the Sopaipillas, candy, the Tosinillos and the Th? ayas in the city of Potosí.
ARTICLE 3. The central level of the State through the Ministry of culture and tourism, in coordination with the autonomous State Government of Potosí and the autonomous municipalities of Potosi, in the framework of its competences, shall proceed to research and record in terms of the whole technology of its production, uses and customs, as well as promotion and dissemination at national and international level , through a management plan.
