CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

ARTICLE 1. The Maritime Historical Museum of the Plurinational State of Bolivia, based in the city of

Sucre, was created, under the tuition of the Ministry of Defense and administration of the Bolivian Academy of Military History. Its operation and administration will be regulated by Supreme Decree.

ARTICLE 2. The Executive Body, through the Ministry of Defense, in coordination with the Autonomous Government

Departmental de Chuquisaca and the Municipal Autonomous Government of Sucre, within the framework of its competences, are entrusted with the management of financial resources, for the execution of the construction of the Maritime Historical Museum of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the fifteenth day of the month of Two

thousand fourteen years.
