Law No. 489 law of 25 January 2014 EVO MORALES AYMA President constitutional of the PLURINATIONAL State of BOLIVIA, by how much, the plurinational Legislative Assembly, has sanctioned the following law: the Assembly Legislative PLURINATIONAL, D E C R E T A: article 1. Creates the historical Maritime Museum the State Plurinacional de Bolivia, based in the city of Sucre, under the tutelage of the Ministry of defence and administration of the Bolivian Academy of military history. Its operation and Administration will be regulated by Supreme Decree.
ARTICLE 2. The Executive Branch, through the Ministry of defence, in coordination with the autonomous State Government of Chuquisaca and the Municipal self-government of Sucre, in the framework of their competence, are responsible for the management of financial resources, for the implementation of the construction of the historical Maritime Museum of the plurinational State of Bolivia.
It is given in the room of sessions the Assembly Legislative plurinational, on the fifteenth day of the month of January of two thousand fourteen years.
