CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, has sanctioned the following Law:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
ONLY ARTICLE.
I. In accordance with Article 158, Paragraph I, Numeral 13, of the Constitution of the State, the disposal, for consideration, of a land with a surface of 65,427,68 square meters, of a total of 120,525,00 meters, is approved. squares, located in the Tuni Urbanization of the Tuni Community of the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Amocalla, Murillo Province of the Department of La Paz, owned by the Autonomous Municipal Government of Achocalla, registered in the registry of Reals under the heading No 2.01.01.0024443, of which the following are: North, with the property of Mr. Pablo Quispe; to the South, with the property of Mr. Manuel Choque; to the East, with the property of the gentlemen Valentin Quispe and Lorenzo Layme; and to the West, with the ownership of the lords Tomás Apaza and Lucio Quisbert; in favor of the beneficiaries in accordance with the Municipal Ordinance No 068/2013 of 25 September 2013.
II. The sales value and technical aspects contained in the aforementioned Municipal Ordinance constitute determinations assumed by the Autonomous Government of Acocalla, depending on the exercise of its municipal autonomy.
Remit to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at the sixteen days of January of
two thousand fourteen years.
