CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Article 1. State of interest and national priority the execution of the Project? Prison Complex of the
Department of Peace?
Article 2. The Ministry of Government is authorized to transfer, for consideration, the property located in the Plaza de San Pedro, Calle Nicolás Acosta in the area of San Pedro, adjacent to Avenida 20 de Octubre and streets Otero de la Vega and Canada Strongest from the city of La Paz, with an area of 8,257.78 m², inscribed in Royal Rights with the Folio Real 2.01.0.99.0015616, in favor of the Ministry of Economy and Public Finance.
Article 3. Economy and Public Finance, for the purchase of the immovable property mentioned in Article 2
from this Law, you will allocate the resources for:
Project execution? Prison Complex for the Department of Peace?.
The acquisition of a land, in case of non-donation.
Article 4. The autonomous territorial entities of the Department of La Paz, will participate with the
equipment, furniture, personnel, prediaries and basic services of the? Prison Complex for the Department of Peace? prior to the request of the Ministry of Government.
ABROGATORY AND REPEAL PROVISIONS
ABROGATORY DISPOSITION. Law No 1511 of 27 October 1993 is repealed.
REPEAL DISPOSITION. Articles 4, 5 and 6 of Supreme Decree No 28491 of 10 of
December 2005 are repealed.
Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
