CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Hero and National Heroin are declared to Tomas Katari and Kurusa Llawi.

Article 2. In tribute and historical recognition, the Executive Body through the Ministries of Cultures and Tourism, and Education, the Autonomous Departmental Government of Potosí and the Municipal Autonomous Governments of Potosi, according to their competencies, will implement public policy of historical recovery of Tomas Katari and Kurusa Llawi, for their promotion and dissemination for educational and cultural purposes.

Remit to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Sessions Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, to the eighteen days of the month of February of the year two thousand fourteen.
