CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA
For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:
THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,
D E C R E T A:
Single Article.
l. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 10, of the Political Constitution of the State, the BOL-20/2013 Loan Contract, signed between the State, is approved Plurinational of Bolivia and the Financial Fund for the Development of the Silver Basin (FONPLATA), dated January 25, 2014, for an amount of $us35,000,000.-(Thirty-Five Million US Dollars), destined to finance the? Vial Conservation Program? Rehabilitation by Degrees of Intervention (Periodic Maintenance) of the San Ramon Road section? San Javier? Conception? Rio Uruguay?.
II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation, is authorized to assume the repayment of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the said approved loan agreement.
Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.
It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, on the twentieth day of February of the year two thousand fourteen.
