CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE DEBOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Act:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Article 1. Is Intangible Cultural Heritage Of The Bolivian People Being Declared? Carnival of Vallegrande?, which is

celebrates in the city of Jesus and Montes Claros of the Knights of Vallegrande, of the Vallerande Province of the Department of Santa Cruz.

Article 2. The Executive Body through the Ministry de Culturas y Turismo, the Autonomous Government

Departmental of Santa Cruz and the Autonomous Municipal Government of Vallegrande, within the framework of their competencies, will support the preservation, safeguarding, promotion and strengthening of the? Carnival of Vallegrande?, being in charge of producing the plan of management of the carnival object of this Law.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, twenty days of the month of February of the

year two thousand fourteen.
