CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

I. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 10, of the State Political Constitution, is

approves the Loan Contract subscribed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation? CAF, on 16 December 2013, in the amount of US$ 138,850,000.-(Hundred Thirty-Eight Million Fifty Thousand 00/100 American Dollars), destined for the partial financing of the project? Future Road? Puerto Rico?.

II. The Ministry of Economy and Public Finance, through the General Treasury of the Nation, is authorized to assume the repayment

of the obligations that are incurred in the execution of the said Loan Agreement

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Session Room of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, at twenty-five days of February

of the year two thousand fourteen.
