CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, it has The following Law:

THE PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

Single Article.

l. Pursuant to Article 158, Paragraph I numeral 10, of the State Political Constitution, is

approves the Loan Contract subscribed between the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Andean Development Corporation? CAF, on January 9, 2014, for an amount of US$ 94.889,536.-(Noventa and Four Million Ochents Eighty-Nine Thousand Five Hundred Thirty-Six 00/100 American Dollars), destined for the partial financing of the? San Jose Hydroelectric Project?

II. The National Electricity Company is authorized? To assume the repayment of the obligations that are incurred in

the execution of the said Loan Contract approved by this Law.

Remitase to the Executive Body for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Chamber of Sessions of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly, twenty-five days of the month of February

of the year two thousand fourteen.
