CONSTITUTIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE PLURINATIONAL STATE OF BOLIVIA

For the Legislative Assembly Plurinational, it has sanctioned the following Law:

PLURINATIONAL LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY,

D E C R E T A:

LAW DECLARING PROMOTION TO INDUSTRIALIZATION OF NATIONAL PRIORITY,

MARKETING AND CONSUMPTION OF COCA (COCA) MATE (COCA)

ARTICLE 1. The industrialization, commercialization and consumption of the

mate of coca as a medicinal and traditional beverage of the Plurinational State of Bolivia.

ARTICLE 2. The Executive Body, will prioritize plans and programs of industrialization,

national and international marketing, and their consumption by their Medicinal benefits for humanity, and for being the mate of coca part of the expression and identity of the Bolivian people.

Remitase to the Executive Body, for constitutional purposes.

It is given in the Assembly's Session Room Plurinational Legislative, at twenty-five days of February

of two thousand fourteen years.
